I’m afraid this post is a bit of a rant, so here goes

I applied for a ING Savings Account nearly a month ago now and have been rejected twice for insufficient identification documents. The thing that really annoys me is that I have not received any correspondence regarding these rejections, it is only the fact that I rang them because I hadn’t heard anything, that I found out.

Whilst creating my Sudoku game, I wanted to create a simple effect on the title of the game.  Many year ago, like in the mid 1980’s there were many demos going around on machines like the Spectrum 48k, Commodore 64 and eventually Atari ST and Amiga 500 which would show off sounds and graphics on those machines.  One of the most common effects used was to put a SIN wave ripple through an image or text message.

I’m on the look out for any 2D game ideas.  I’m not into creating 3D games, but up for trying anything 2D.  So, if anyone has any ideas for a cool 2D game or any graphics they would like to see used in a game etc then let me know.  Full credit for the idea and design will be given if the game makes it to the end
