Tuesday, December 9th, 2008

Hi all

I am currently working on iPhone app number two when I came across a problem that it has taken me a while to sort out.  I wanted to place a button inside each UITableCell I am displaying.  I then wanted to call a method when the user pressed that button which would perform some action on the information related to the contents of that cell.

My application is called Brownie Points Register and will be a free download off the app store.  The applicaiton itself is reasonably simple in that it allows you to keep a lists of friends or family etc and then have a balance associated with them.  This balance is their brownie point score.

Sudoku Dreams…Progress

Sunday, August 17th, 2008

I’ve made some good progress on my Sudoku game this weekend.  I’ve continued to improve the graphics and also added the ability to place notes in cells while your working out the puzzle.  I’ve also added an instructions page as there are a few ways of doing the same thing now.

Summer…what summer?

Thursday, August 14th, 2008

Scientists would have you believe that if we are not careful and reduce our Co2 emissions, the UK will end up with a climate like Spain. The selfish part of me thinks WOOHOO, bring it on :D and whilst I sit here typing this with the rain issing down outside, I wish we did have a climate like Spain.
